The Speakers Office said no meeting on Friday until it goes through the Ethics and Rules Committee who approves the agenda. Ethics and Rules meet next on Oct 15th. The General Session starts Oct 18 to 22nd so we are looking at a Special Session, if it happens, Oct 25 to 29th. And that is only if Ethics and Rules approves the agenda.
